In today's date our biggest problem is DISTRACTIONS(Like the Internet, Social media, Mobile, tablet, laptops, etc.).
we noticed that Our average focus span is decreased.

1. ODYSSEUS METHOD

In this method, you have cut off your all distractions (prepared your mind study Distraction free to achieve your goal 🥅.)
Be strict with honesty and avoid all distractions.
For example: Don't keep gadgets like mobile, laptops, etc. with you unnecessarily.

2. PARETO PRINCIPLE

This principle says that Do first those works which like 20%-INPUT gives 80% OUTPUT.
The First, study the whole subject then try more study(practices) on that topic which are commonly more important.

3. SPACED REPETITION (POMODORO TECHNIQUE)

The study by Time slots.
For Example Pomodoro technique:
in this technique study(Work) for 25 minutes(Continuous focused) then take a small 5 minutes break(⚠: Break should be smaller) this is our 1 Pomodoro.
(1 POMODORO = 25 MINUTES WORK + 5 MINUTES BREAK)
After completing 4 or 5 Pomodoros take a long break like 30 Minutes.
you should decide on a number of Pomodoros based on your workload.
You can modify the time of the work slot and the time of the break slot in a sensible way based on requirements.

4. PARKINSON'S LAW

According to Parkinson's law: It takes the same amount of time to do the work as the time given to it means that the work spreads as much as it has time.
For example: Even if the last date for payment of the electricity bill is the 10th, many people still have to pay the bill by the 8th or 9th, after that, they make the payment, even if 15 days have been given to pay the bill, according to Parkinson's law. The work of 5 to 10 minutes of billing takes 14-15 days as 15 days were given to pay the bills.
So, we must set any deadline for particular work and try to complete it before the deadline.
